A day with Mike Cunningham from mike cunningham on Vimeo.
I had the chance to work with Ryan Southwell from http://ryansouthwell.com on a wedding in Newport Beach. He was kind enough to create this short promo of me in my element.
His work is killer. Next time you need a wedding videographer, be sure and give him a call.
p.s. Back in my High School days, I memorized all 12 min of "Rapper's Delight" by The Sugarhill Gang. Good to know I can still break it down.
I stumbled upon your photography blog a while back... you don't know me but after watching that video, I wish we were friends. There is much more I can say about that.
You do great work and I am inspired (just diving into the photography world myself) every time I stop in to see your latest work.
(01.26.10)Thanks Nancy! Good luck on the new venture. You're going to love it. And let me know if you have any questions.
(01.26.10)Questions!? I have a million of course, but you seem like a busy guy (duh), sooo how about this- what is your best piece of advice for beginners such as myself? And how in the heck did you get so good? haha
(01.26.10)mike - this is a great video showing off some of you talents. besides taking incredible pics you're way fun to work with and really know how to work the crowd!!! what more could you ask for in a photographer?!!
(01.26.10)Um..Ive never felt this way about another man but that video makes me heart you....
(01.26.10)thats like the best thing i have ever seen...and i am thoroughly impressed that you knew all those words. now that is talent.
(01.26.10)THAT was impressive.
(01.27.10)Ryan is a friend of mine from Thousand Oaks.....he did my sister's wedding video, he is awesome!
(01.28.10)Mike, thats why we love you! Miss your ugly mug.

In case you missed this glorious event, here's a sneak peek at how insanely beautiful Erin was yesterday. We snapped this one in about two minutes while we waited for the Balboa Island Ferry.
This last image goes out to all the radness present at the reception. Hands down one of the funnest receptions I have been to in a LONG time. I love you all. Let's party again soon, like real soon.
iSpy Mike D, Shannon F D, Sugar, Dustin & Kaitlyn, Beckster one-niner, Jon & Jill, Pearson & Kate, A $cott, Mini, Maeve, Melmor86, WeeeeeeeeeMan, and Aubs. Did I miss anyone???what a tease, I want to see more. I'm done wearing socks, cus you keep knocking them off. amazing work!

(01.18.10)I've got a little somethin called Mike's Rappers Delight that the masses here might be interested in seeing. Maybe I can send it your way and you can post it at your discretion. Ha! Thanks Mike, you are an awesome photographer and I love your energy and style.

I kid you not when I say this food was UNREAL. I lived in Mexico for two years, so I know good Latin food when I see it. Believe me, this stuff was legit and I can't wait to go back. To top it off, you'll be a better person for talking with the owners, Ricardo and Margarita. They are incredible people and will do anything to make your visit unforgettable.
Be sure and stop in, and if you do, tell them I said hello.

done and done.
my husband and i will dine there manana.
we are sooo excited.
we like good food.
p.s
your images are awesome.
I have eaten here. Sublime. Yummy yet surprisingly better than that, even. If you like GOOD food. So that might let alotta people out. Mouth watering now. Hope no secret agent was hurt in this transmission...
(01.17.10)can you send me the address, I wanna visit your restaurant.
